RCGNE is an HP authorized support provider. We are authorized to repair HP printers both in and out of warranty. This support may include facilitation of on-site repair or in-store repair. Contact HP first to determine if you are eligible for warranty services. If you are eligible for warranty repair, RCGNE will conduct the repairs at no cost to you. If your warranty has lapsed, then we can provide timely services, either on-site or in-house at reasonable rates.

Our technicians have years of experience troubleshooting printing problems and can assist you in finding answers over the phone or in person.

Also, we offer printer maintenance services where a technician will perform common service tasks on your HP printers on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. This can often save you money  in the long run by reducing wear and tear on the moving parts within the printer, keeping it running at peak performance, consistently.
