We recently decided to implement a Campus Management system and we needed the best qualified support to design, implement and manage the solution. Due to our many remote sites across Louisiana were advised to consider a Citrix solution. We received an excellent referral to RCGNE and are pleased to pass that referral on. On the recommendation of our RCGNE Sales Representative, we are currently on the preventative maintenance program. This offers us regular bi-monthly visits by a technician, who checks back-ups, service-packs, anti-virus updates and general end-user needs. We have discovered that this reduces downtime, in the long run, by preventing most problems before they occur.
We are very pleased with RCGNE's prompt responses, whether for pricing on new hardware or service calls.
